You are required to upload your files before proceeding to the checkout. On each Custom product listing there will be an Upload form just above the Add to Cart button (see below). Please note that it may take a while for the file to finish uploading, at which point the cart section will appear at the top of the page and your current added items will be displayed along with a link to your successfully uploaded file.
